Age restrictions

On delivery recipients must have government-issued ID with proof of age (21 years or older) to receive the order.

On delivery, recipients are required to present two pieces of ID, one of which must be government-issued identification proving the required age of 21 or older. The second piece has to include an imprint of the name and signature and/or picture.

Cost & carrier

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a message on your phone number with confirmation and details, as well as delivery details.

Delivery information

Upon confirmation of your order, you will promptly receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA) along with the total cost. As your designated courier nears your delivery location, you will receive an SMS notification indicating their approach.

Please note that upon arrival, you are allotted a 10-minute grace period to collect your order. Should this time frame elapse, a charge of $50 will be incurred, and your order will be made available for pickup at one of our designated locations. A redelivery fee of an additional $25 will apply if requested thereafter.
